I had a memorable stay at this hotel, right in the heart of Klagenfurt. The rooms had a charming old European feel, and everything was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, the air conditioning was a bit too loud, making it hard to sleep peacefully at times. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city, especially during the exciting World Cup events. Overall, it was a great value for my stay.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, right above a C & A shopping mall and just a short distance from the old town. The rooms were decent but lacked enough electric plugs for my devices.
